Electric heating glass is two or more pieces of tempered glass bonded together with PVB or special film. The heating element is sandwiched between the film and glass. When powered on, the heating element generates heat to improve the heat of the glass and achieve the function of the product, which is in line with the Chinese national standard gb14681-2006. Electric heating glass is mainly used in the cockpit of all kinds of locomotives and ships, porthole of ships, automobile windshield and occasions with special requirements.

Product performance

1. Defrosting function: after the glass is powered on, the surface temperature rises (usually 35 ~ 40 ℃} and remains above the dew point of the air, so that the glass surface will not frost and dew.

2. Excellent optical performance: the conductive wire and conductive film are used as the heating medium to ensure that the glass has excellent light transmission performance and anti distortion performance, so that the driver can see clearly, truly and with high resolution through the glass.

3. Anti ultraviolet radiation function: the glass has high ultraviolet absorption capacity, which can effectively prevent ultraviolet rays from entering the room and reduce the damage of ultraviolet rays to drivers and indoor facilities.

4. Safety: the structure of the glass is composed of organic and inorganic materials. The glass can remain as a whole after being broken and can prevent breakdown. It has very excellent safety.
